1. Service-Based Projects
Our services are delivered based on project milestones and billable hours. Since software development is a service-based industry that involves significant investment in time and resources, we generally do not offer refunds for work that has already been completed.
2. Project Cancellation
– Client Cancellation: If you choose to cancel a project before its completion, you will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date. No refunds will be issued for payments already made against completed milestones. Any outstanding balance for completed work will become due immediately.
– Our Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Power Soft Agency must cancel a project, we will provide a refund for any work that has not yet been completed, prorated based on the project’s progress.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
Our primary goal is your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the progress or a deliverable, we urge you to contact us immediately. We are committed to working collaboratively to address your concerns and make reasonable revisions to ensure the final product meets the agreed-upon requirements as outlined in the project scope.
4. Initial Deposits
All initial deposits or advance payments made to secure our services and initiate a project are non-refundable. These deposits are used to allocate resources and commence the discovery and planning phases of your project.
